Our kitchen brigade really know their stuff...they bring you a menu full to the brim of complimentary flavours, textures and ideas all cooked to order and freshly prepared on the premises. We pride ourselves on our genuine in house prepared and served menu.

We're keen to get our hands on some delicious local foraged produce from the hedgerow or from the sea. Ask your server when you next visit what we've been foraging for this week!

Starters:

Chambers egg royale  scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill roulade with free range poached egg served on butter brioche 6.95

Wild mushroom, balsamic red onion, roast pear and dolcelatte tart with rocket, basil pesto and balsamic reduction (v) 5.95

Shredded confit duck rolls served with a sweet plum dip 6.95

King Prawns "scampi style" in crispy panko breadcrumbs, with minted pea puree, home made potato crisps and tartare sauce 7.95

Seared King Scallops on chorizo and pea risotto, port reduction 8.95

Moules mariniere with shallots, garlic, parsley, white wine and a touch of cream. Crusty bread 7.50

Chambers fish & chips market caught white fish fillet in local Harveys beer batter. Hand cut chips & Chambers tartare sauce 11.95

Pan fried lamb rump strips in rosemary and balsamic marinade, honey roasted baby vegetables, fresh herbs, pomegranate and pistacchio tabouleh. Mint yoghurt 15.95

Stuffed chicken breast with basil, Golden cross cheese and parma ham, creamed spinach, bearnaise and hand made french fries 13.95

Calves liver with crispy bacon, bubble and squeak cake, shallots and whole grain mustard jus 13.95

Ocean Pork Tenderloin with part peeled King prawns, baby squid, mussels and garlic butter, shallots, broad beans and sauteed potatoes 14.95

Cod Provencale with roast peppers, fine beans, olives, fennel, sunblushed tomatoes and capers on Lyonnaise potatoes and a reduced balsamic glaze 15.95

Beef Wellington

Prime fillet of beef encased in delicious pastry with rich chicken liver paté.served with hand cut chips & tied veg. by pre-order only so please let us know on booking whether you’d like to sample our “wellie” 21.50

All steak dishes served with hand cut triple cooked chips or buttered new potatoes.

Parisian rump steak  with bearnaise sauce and watercress 16.25

Pepper rump steak a rich green peppercorn & cream sauce with a hint of cognac  16.50

Chambers Classic Rump Steak with crispy onion rings, Brighton Blue and port sauce 16.75

Fillet steak with wild mushrooms duxelles a mix of seasonal wild mushrooms with madeira and a touch of cream 19.95

Chambers surf & turf fillet steak with part peeled king prawns, crayfish, seared squid and garlic butter 20.95

Vegetarian:

Ratatouille, Chevre and pine nut crumble...roasted courgettes, red onion, sweet peppers, aubergine and tomato with goats cheese, pine nut and sunflower seeds savoury biscuit. Truffled wild mushroom cream "custard"  (v) 12.95

Home made spicy falafel burger on toasted pitta with fresh herbs, pomegranate and pistachio tabouleh, triple cooked chips, tomato and spring onion salsa and mint yoghurt 10.95

Sweet potato, celeriac, garlic and rosemary rosti...with chargrilled mediterranean vegetables, pea puree, soft poached egg and hollandaise (v) 11.95
