The Beef Wellington
One of Chambers signature dishes: we use prime fillet of beef encased in delicious pastry with rich chicken liver pate to provide our take on the classic British dish.
Served with chunky hand cut chips and tied vegetables.
The Beef Wellington is by pre-order only (ideally 24 hours notice), so please let the bistro know whether you'd like to sample the "wellie" when you book a table. Our chefs prepare each individual beef wellington on the premises with hand made pastry and chicken liver pate so you can be sure of a tailor made "wellie" just for you............hence the pre-order.
