Wrapped in bacon with a pork, sage and onion stuffing. Served with Winter root vegetables, Brussel sprouts, roast potatoes,

pigs in blankets, cranberry chutney and gravy

 

Salmon Fillet

With Dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus, king prawns and Champagne beurre blanc

 

10oz Sirloin Steak

With melted brie, cranberry chutney and a red wine jus served with green beans and French fries
