Starters:
Prawn cocktail with toasts and butter
Crispy duck salad
Soup of the day
Moules mariniere with shallots, garlic, parsley, white wine and a touch of cream
Main Courses:
Sirloin Steak with Bearnaise sauce. Frites.
Seabass fillet with crushed new potatoes, mange tout, seared squid and gremolata butter
Wild mushroom, asparagus, Brighton blue cheese and poached egg risotto. Parmesan shavings
Stuffed chicken in spinach, goats cheese and parma ham. Served with a rich creamy mushroom sauce with sautéed Lyonnaise potatoes and green beans
Desserts:
Chocolate, Almond and Cherry Brownie with vanilla ice cream
Eton Mess with meringue, chantilly, berry compote and strawberry coulis
Affogato. Vanilla ice cream drowned in a hot shot os espresso coffee. Home made gingerbread biscuit on the side

Please note this menu is available by booking and pre-order only and available to group bookings of ten people and over. The dishes you choose will be ordered in and especially prepared on the day of your reservation by our chefs so unfortunately any cancellations received less than 24 hours notice to the Bistro would be charged for.
